Standardize how Neftaly defines, structures, and communicates research program designs.
Through SCRR-11, Neftaly aims to establish a standardized framework for defining, structuring, and communicating its research program designs across all departments and partner networks. This will ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across initiatives, making it easier to replicate successful models and scale programs across diverse regions.
The standardization process will include:
- Clear definitions and terminology for different types of research (e.g., exploratory, evaluative, impact-based),
- Structured templates for research planning, including objectives, methodologies, timelines, and measurable outcomes,
- Standardized reporting formats for internal review and external communication,
- Consistent visual and narrative styles to present findings in a professional and accessible way to funders, partners, and communities.
By formalizing these elements, Neftaly will strengthen its institutional research identity, enhance credibility with external stakeholders, and improve knowledge transfer within and beyond the organization.
