Ensure all Neftaly research programs address socio-economic and geographic diversity in communities.
A core principle of SCRR-11 is ensuring that socio-economic and geographic diversity is meaningfully integrated into every stage of Neftaly’s research program design. This means that research initiatives will deliberately account for variations in income levels, education access, employment status, housing conditions, cultural contexts, and rural-urban divides. Neftaly will use disaggregated data to uncover patterns of inequality and exclusion, enabling more inclusive and targeted research outcomes.
To operationalize this, Neftaly will:
- Design sampling strategies that represent diverse population groups and regions,
- Prioritize communities that are historically marginalized or underrepresented,
- Incorporate localized indicators of well-being and deprivation,
- Customize research tools to reflect regional languages, customs, and socio-economic realities.
By embedding diversity into the research process, Neftaly ensures that its findings and subsequent interventions reflect the real needs and lived experiences of all communities—ultimately supporting more equitable development outcomes.
