Help Neftaly identify gaps in service delivery and future research pathways.
As part of SCRR-11, Neftaly will systematically analyze trends, patterns, and feedback from its Community Needs Assessments to uncover gaps in current service delivery frameworks. This includes identifying:
- Underserved or marginalized populations,
- Geographic regions with low service penetration,
- Service areas that are no longer aligned with evolving community needs,
- Bottlenecks in implementation or access.
By using Neftaly’s real-time data systems and stakeholder engagement tools, the initiative will produce actionable insights that inform program redesign, resource prioritization, and policy advocacy.
In parallel, SCRR-11 will define future research pathways that respond to both detected service delivery gaps and emerging societal challenges. These pathways may explore critical themes such as:
- Digital inclusion and technology adoption in low-resource areas,
- Climate change and community resilience,
- Youth mental health and unemployment,
- Cultural heritage protection in urbanizing communities,
- Sustainable livelihoods and informal economies.
These forward-looking research agendas will position Neftaly as a proactive, data-driven leader in community development—ensuring that both its research and services remain adaptive, inclusive, and impact-focused.
