Under the SCRR-11 initiative, Neftaly will enhance its institutional capacity to develop and submit high-quality, data-driven funding proposals that are aligned with the priorities of donors, development partners, and public institutions. By translating insights from community needs assessments into evidence-based narratives, Neftaly will demonstrate the relevance, urgency, and impact potential of its proposed interventions.

This process includes:

• Developing standardized proposal templates that integrate key research findings, needs justification, and measurable outcomes,
• Training staff and researchers on donor-specific proposal writing standards and impact language,
• Creating a centralized knowledge bank of success stories, case studies, and data points to strengthen proposal arguments,
• Ensuring every proposal reflects Neftaly’s community engagement model, program scalability, and alignment with global development goals (e.g., SDGs).

Through this strategic improvement, Neftaly will increase its competitiveness in securing grants and investments while ensuring that funding directly supports programs grounded in real, validated community needs.
