Neftaly Report Upload Protocol:

Upload reports to Neftaly’s secure server.

To maintain data security, confidentiality, and centralized access, all research reports, analytics outputs, and related documentation must be uploaded to Neftaly’s secure server following established procedures.

Purpose:

• Ensure safe storage and backup of critical documents.
• Facilitate controlled access for authorized personnel.
• Enable version control and audit trails.
• Support collaborative review and knowledge sharing.

Procedure:

1. Prepare the Report:
   Ensure the report file is finalized, appropriately named following Neftaly’s naming conventions, and saved in an approved format (e.g., PDF, DOCX).
2. Access the Secure Server:
   Log in to Neftaly’s secure server portal using your authorized credentials and two-factor authentication where applicable.
3. Navigate to the Appropriate Folder:
   Select the relevant project or department directory to ensure proper filing and ease of retrieval.
4. Upload the Report:
   Use the upload interface to select and upload your report file. Confirm successful upload via system notification.
5. Metadata Entry:
   Complete any required metadata fields (e.g., report title, author(s), date, project code) to enhance searchability.
