📅 Period: 01 January 2025 – 31 January 2025
🔹 1. Daily Login to Neftaly Website (Mandatory)
🔹 2. Generate and Submit 3 GPT Prompts Weekly (Total: 12 prompts)
🔹 3. Extract and Clean 100 Topics per Prompt (Total: 1,200 topics)
🔹 4. Tag and Categorize Topics Using Neftaly Guidelines
📘 Task Description:
Once 100 topics are extracted and cleaned for each GPT prompt, the next step is to tag and categorize them based on the official Neftaly Topic Categorization Guidelines. This ensures that the topics are searchable, organized, and usable in broader Neftaly content systems or databases.
🎯 Objective:
- Enhance the structure, discoverability, and semantic grouping of each topic
- Align each topic with one or more relevant tags (descriptive keywords) and categories (broader topic domains)
- Enable filtering, content planning, and AI training use cases through standard classification
🧩 Key Definitions:
- Tags: Specific keywords that describe the nature, format, function, or use-case of the topic
- Examples: “AI”, “Small Business”, “Wellness”, “How-To”, “Finance Tips”
- Categories: Broad topic domains based on Neftaly’s standard taxonomy
- Examples: “Education”, “Technology”, “Health”, “Entrepreneurship”, “Environment”
🛠️ Steps to Tag and Categorize Topics:
- Review the Cleaned Topic List (100 per prompt)
- Confirm all topics are relevant and clearly written
- Apply Tags
- Assign 2–5 tags per topic
- Tags should be concise and directly reflect the topic’s focus
- Avoid redundant or generic terms (e.g., “General”, “Topic”)
- Assign Categories
- Choose one primary category per topic based on Neftaly guidelines
- Optional: Assign one secondary category if applicable
- Use Neftaly-approved List
- Use only approved tags and categories from Neftaly’s current taxonomy
- If unsure, request an updated list from your supervisor or project lead
- Format the Output
- Use a table or spreadsheet format for clarity
- Suggested columns:
- Topic
- Tags (comma-separated)
- Primary Category
- Secondary Category (if needed)
📋 Example Entry:
| Topic | Tags | Primary Category | Secondary Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy-efficient lighting for small offices | energy-saving, lighting, office, SME | Environment | Entrepreneurship |
| Mental health tips for remote workers | mental health, remote work, wellness | Health | Work & Lifestyle |
| How to file annual tax returns for freelancers | taxes, freelancing, finance, filing | Finance | Entrepreneurship |
📅 When to Submit:
You should tag and categorize the topics immediately after cleaning them for each week’s 3 prompts. This means completing 300 topics per week along with tagging and categorization.
| Week | Topics | Due By |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | 300 | Sunday, Jan 5 |
| Week 2 | 300 | Sunday, Jan 12 |
| Week 3 | 300 | Sunday, Jan 19 |
| Week 4 | 300 | Sunday, Jan 26 |
| Total | 1,200 | — |
❗ Important Notes:
- Use the most updated Neftaly taxonomy and naming conventions
- Ensure no topic is left untagged or uncategorized
- Double-check for consistency (e.g., spelling, case sensitivity, tag formatting)
- Store in Neftaly-approved file format (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CSV)
