Neftaly Signed NDA & Data Protection Agreement

Submit a signed copy of Neftaly’s Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Data Protection Agreement.

To ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with data protection regulations, all Neftaly employees, collaborators, and learners must sign and submit the Neftaly NDA and Data Protection Agreement before accessing proprietary data or participating in projects.

Key Requirements:

• The NDA outlines obligations regarding the non-disclosure of confidential information.
• The Data Protection Agreement details responsibilities for handling personal and sensitive data in accordance with Neftaly’s policies and relevant laws.
• Both documents must be signed, dated, and submitted through Neftaly’s secure document management system.

Compliance:

• Access to Neftaly systems and data will be granted only after receipt of the signed agreements.
• Failure to comply may result in suspension of access or termination of participation.
