• Format: Reports must be submitted in PDF or Word format (.pdf or .docx).
• Deadlines:
  • Progress Report: Due halfway through the project timeline.
  • Final Report: Due within 7 days of project completion.
• Portal Access: Log in at https://portal.saypro.online using your registered credentials.
• Report Content:
  • Clear overview of objectives and activities
  • Achievements and challenges
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos, attendance lists, data)
  • Reflections and recommendations
