1.Neftaly Purpose
This Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which the undersigned researcher or contributor (“Contributor”) grants Neftaly the right to publish, distribute, and share research insights, findings, and related materials developed during their engagement with Neftaly on Neftaly’s digital platforms and affiliated communication channels.
2.Neftaly Scope of Published Material
The research insights subject to this Agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Economic disruption reports
- Risk assessments and analyses
- Frameworks and mitigation strategies
- Data visualizations, charts, and dashboards
- Workshop summaries and collaborative research outputs
- Other intellectual materials generated within the scope of Neftaly projects
3.Neftaly Consent to Publish
The Contributor hereby consents that:
- Neftaly may publish the research insights on its official website, newsletters, social media channels, partner portals, and any other platforms managed or authorized by Neftaly.
- The published material may be accessible to Neftaly’s partners, stakeholders, and the general public, depending on the classification of the content.
- Neftaly may edit or format the content for clarity, length, or presentation while maintaining the integrity of the original research.
4.Neftaly Intellectual Property and Attribution
- The Contributor retains ownership of the original research and intellectual property rights.
- Neftaly commits to appropriately crediting the Contributor’s authorship and contributions in all published materials.
- The Contributor agrees not to publish the same research insights on competing platforms without prior written consent from Neftaly during the term of engagement.
5.Neftaly Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
- The Contributor affirms that all materials submitted for publication have been reviewed to exclude confidential or proprietary information that is not authorized for public disclosure.
- Neftaly reserves the right to withhold or redact sensitive information to comply with legal, ethical, or partner confidentiality requirements.
6.Neftaly Duration of Consent
This consent to publish remains in effect throughout the period of the Contributor’s engagement with Neftaly and for a period of [specify duration, e.g., 2 years] thereafter unless revoked in writing.
7.Neftaly Revocation of Consent
- The Contributor may request revocation of this consent by providing written notice to Neftaly.

By signing below, the Contributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Consent to Publish Research Insights via Neftaly platform.
