1. Purpose of the Meeting

The meeting was convened to provide structured feedback on the reports submitted by members of the Neftaly CRR Team. The goal was to review progress, identify challenges, and assess the quality and completeness of work done by individual team members.

2. Review of Individual Reports

Mr. Marishane

• Focused on interlinking countries within the Neftaly CRR platform.
• Successfully completed 19 links.
• His work was acknowledged as accurate and progressing well.

Ms. Maake

• Scraped topics for Neftaly CRR Research.
• Conducted research on upcoming events; however, the task remained incomplete because:
  • Planned events required coordination with chiefs and managers.
  • Career empowerment workshops and a finance roundtable needed prior meetings.
• These dependencies prevented completion of the research.

Ms. Thobejane

• Reported that she researched topics under Neftaly CRR Royal.
• However, no evidence or supporting proof of work was provided.
• Follow-up is required to validate the tasks.

Ms. Mnisi

• Focused on researching opportunities for Neftaly CRR.
• Reported inability to complete further tasks due to website technical issues, as several sites were not functioning during her working period.

Mr. Moremi

• Accessed Neftaly CRR Royal and completed four links.
• His contribution was acknowledged, and progress was noted as satisfactory.

Mr. Lesele

• Created a sheet for Neftaly Vision and worked on preparing and importing his topics.
• Successfully imported part of his work and submitted 11 links as evidence.
• His structured approach was commended.

Ms. Matabane

• Worked on Neftaly CRR Research and generated new topics.
• Her contribution added value to the content development process.

Ms. Nasiera

• Contributed to Neftaly CRR Royal and published several items.
• Could not upload the corresponding links due to technical issues with her PC.
• She will upload supporting evidence once her device is repaired or replaced.
