The meeting started with introduction to the new member and he explained that the other team members didn’t peach in today. Mrs Chuene asked that he does a recall for us on what he was taught on Friday. He started explaining on the things he learnt and showed us while sharing his screen and explaining and where he was not understanding he was asking dfor assistance from Mrs Chuene. Mrs Chuene explained to us more on other tickets that we also didn’t understand and the rest of us were able to get it right. The other issue raised was of the websites that they are not working all of them so its going to be an issue when we have to import those tickets from CRR Royal.
11:30 we attended a report meeting the meeting was adjourned
