    This Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

    Neftaly Group, including its subsidiaries, platforms, and research divisions (hereinafter referred to as “Neftaly”),

    6. Ownership and Rights

    All documents, outputs, data, systems, and ideas developed or accessed while working with Neftaly remain the sole property of Neftaly.


    7. Breach and Remedies

    Any violation of this Agreement may result in:

    • Disciplinary action or termination
    • Legal action including damages or injunctive relief
    • Blacklisting from future Neftaly opportunities

    8. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless otherwise specified by Neftaly jurisdictional policy.
