As part of SCRR-11, Neftaly will undertake a comprehensive analysis of all existing community needs assessments conducted across its operational regions. This analysis will focus on identifying recurring challenges, urgent service gaps, demographic trends, and evolving community priorities. The process will include quantitative and qualitative synthesis of collected data, comparison across different geographic and socio-economic contexts, and the extraction of actionable insights.

By analyzing this rich dataset, Neftaly aims to:

• Detect high-frequency needs that demand immediate programmatic attention,
• Understand shifts in community challenges over time,
• Highlight areas where previous interventions had measurable impact or where they fell short,
• Refine community engagement methodologies to improve data accuracy and inclusivity.

The findings from this analysis will form the backbone of new research program designs and will directly inform strategic planning, funding appeals, stakeholder collaboration, and policy dialogue.
