1. Detailed Explanation & Description
, through its Community Needs Assessments Research Office, will conduct the September edition of the Neftaly Monthly Research Program under project code SCRR-11, titled “Research Program Development.”
This strategic initiative is central to Neftaly’s mission of building evidence-based frameworks that respond directly to community-identified needs. The project seeks to bridge the gap between raw community research data and long-term research program infrastructure.
Through SCRR-11, Neftaly will:
- Analyze collected data from previous and ongoing community needs assessments.
- Identify recurring and emerging themes, gaps, and high-priority intervention areas.
- Design modular research programs that align with Neftaly’s broader objectives in community upliftment, education, health, employment, and socio-economic development.
- Support the creation of scalable research projects that serve as blueprints for intervention design, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and policy influence.
All research development work under this project will be documented, managed, and submitted through the Neftaly Website, utilizing its integrated ecosystem of tools—such as the Neftaly Research Dashboard, standardized project submission templates, live data analysis features, and communication portals for analysts, employees, and institutional partners.
SCRR-11 will also contribute to the Neftaly Research Knowledge Bank, a growing repository of actionable research outputs designed to support local, national, and international development collaboration.
🎯 2. Purpose of Neftaly SCRR-11 – Research Program Development
The SCRR-11 initiative is designed with the following core purposes in mind:
- Translate Neftaly’s community research findings into strategic research development agendas that reflect urgent needs and long-term growth opportunities within underserved communities.
- Design evidence-based research cycles that can be replicated or scaled across different regions or sectors within Neftaly’s operational scope.
- Enable program-based research structuring to guide:
- Intervention modeling, such as health initiatives, skills training, and local enterprise development.
- Grant and funding proposal development, leveraging data-backed justifications.
- Capacity-building frameworks for community leaders, NPOs, educational institutions, and local governments.
- Sustainable development partnerships with public, private, and academic sectors.
- Enhance Neftaly’s internal research architecture by creating repeatable, adaptable, and outcomes-oriented research modules informed by grassroots realities.
- Support monitoring and evaluation by setting clear research objectives, indicators, and output benchmarks within each development program.
- Strengthen Neftaly’s role as a research-to-action organization, ensuring that all research outputs are purposefully directed toward social innovation and practical implementation.
