Neftaly Weekly Report Upload Guidelines

Objective:
To ensure timely sharing and accessibility of research findings, all Neftaly members and researchers are required to upload their reports weekly via the Neftaly online platform.

Instructions:

1. Report Submission Frequency:
   Upload completed research reports, data analyses, or progress summaries every week by Friday, 5:00 PM (local time).
2. Platform Access:
   Access the Neftaly report submission portal here:
   www.saypro.online/reports-upload
3. File Format Requirements:
   Accepted file formats: PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx).
   File size limit: 25 MB per upload.
4. Report Naming Convention:
   Use the following format for report file names:
   Neftaly_[YourName]_[ProjectCode]_[YYYYMMDD].pdf Example: Neftaly_JDoe_SCRR15_20250604.pdf
5. Submission Confirmation:
   After upload, ensure you receive an automated confirmation email. If not received within 10 minutes, re-upload or contact support.
